The field of Real Estate is rapidly changing. You need a Realtor who is well-informed on the legal, economic, and social issues that affect your interests. I stay up to date by taking the best advanced training available, well beyond what most realtors do. I have earned the following designations:
CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) is one of the most respected real estate designations and is synonymous with experience and training. A CRS has completed a rigorous course of advanced training in many areas including finance, technology, and marketing, and has successfully handled a large number of transactions. (link to brochure)
ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) When you choose me to assist in your home search, you can have confidence that I will work solely for your best interests and provide the highest level of buyer-representation services.
Ecobroker The first and best “green” training and resource program for Realtors. As a Certified Ecobroker, I help buyers find a home which is healthier, more comfortable, and cost-effective, and help sellers highlight green features which can increase saleability.
Interests:
Much of my free time is spent gardening, volunteering as a Master Gardener, playing violin, spending time with my family, and enjoying this beautiful place we live in. I recently joined the Board of the Corvallis Environmental Center to help further their educational and sustainability mission.
